When will I get my tracking number?
As soon as your parcel is collected — usually the same day it ships. It arrives by email, so check spam if you cannot find it.
My tracking has not updated in a few days.
Carriers often scan a parcel at pickup and then not again until it reaches a sorting hub. A quiet couple of days mid-transit is normal. If nothing moves for five business days, get in touch.
It says delivered but I do not have it.
Check with neighbours and around the property first — most turn up within a day. If not, contact us within 48 hours and we will open a claim with the carrier.
