Q: If I paid for your company , how could I know if you send out my goods ?

A: After you make the payment, we will arrange production or shipment quickly. Once we send it out, we will share you a tracking number. Then you can check it on the official website.

Q: Can you customize the packaging and add my logo?

A: Sure, please share the product you want and the logo image. We will recommend suitable packaging for you based on the product and check if the product supports adding logos.

Q: Can you do Dropshipping ?

For customized orders: The production time is 10-20 days (sometimes more days or less depends on your bulk order quantity), and the shipping time is 3-7 days.

Q: What's the sample policy and sample lead time ?

A: Regarding stock products, sample is provided.
Regarding our customized order sample: 1. There is a minimum order quantity requirement, We will make a sample for you to check before mass production. A sample mold fee needs to be paid first. 2. The mold fee can be refunded for subsequent bulk production orders.
